- 5+ Years software development experience
- 2+ Year of Ruby on Rails experience
- Linux Experience
- MySQL Experience
- Strong Javascript understanding and skills
- JQuery Experience
- Ability to implement HTML and CSS from mockups
- Solid understanding of TATFT and BDD
- Must be a self starter, enjoy working on a team
- Strong ability to solve tough problems
- Experience with Test Driven Development - Willing to share examples of code you have written and want to show off
- Experience designing databases and doing UX design
