The SAAS Implementation Manager provides distinctive pre and post sale service for our award-winning software that makes our customer?s love us. This position is responsible for managing multiple concurrent AppFolio implementations coordinating both client and internal project teams through a quick deployment process.This is an ideal opportunity for someone with software implementation experience, a passion for technology and customer satisfaction, obsession for accuracy and a drive for excellence.
Responsibilities:
Manages new customer implementations from initial kick-off call through 1st 30 days live.
Ensures that each customer?s data is accurate and that they have attended required trainings.
Manages technical aspects of implementations and delegates/communicates with resources handling technical tasks.
Recommends best practices for customer success.
Knowledge and Skills:
Exceptional customer relationship building skills
Ability to influence decision-making and change
Project Management experience
Ability to manage many concurrent projects
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical capabilities
Strong ability to multi-task
Ability to display good judgment
Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
