5+ years of experience managing high-transaction load hosted IT systems
3+ years managing teams
Experience managing services subject to SLAs and charge-backs
Familiarity with Amazon Web services (AWS) / EC2 / S3 and DynamoDB etc.
Experience with Linux / MySQL and no-SQL systems
Ability to hire the best
Fanatical attention to details with a self starter mentality
Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills, flexibility, and the ability to handle multiple tasks
