We are seeking a highly motivated Saas Operations Lead to join the Capacity and Performance team. The Capacity and Performance team works closely with members of Hosting, Engineering, Support and Customer teams to ensure appropriate processes are in place to support critical business functions. Work in a challenging, dynamic technical environment on a team that is responsible for Data Center Operations and Capacity, Disaster Recovery, Change Management and other critical business functions. Primary responsibilities of this role include managing the Change Control Board and coordination of Disaster Recovery related activities.Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the internal Change Management process
Coordinate Disaster Recovery Plan development and testing
Lead and/or assist in the development and implementation of process enhancements spanning multiple business functions
Requirements:
Bachelors degree and/or MBA Experience in the areas of change management, disaster recovery or other closely related areas
8+ years professional experience in an hosting environment
3- 5 years experience developing or managing operational processes
Ability to quickly grasp project requirements and propose creative solution
A strong background in understanding and documenting business requirements and functional specifications
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing competing priorities
Ability to use project management and communication skills to manage cross-functional and internal/external projects
Strong organizational and time management skills
