SaaS Systems Administrator Courion

To help us extend our lead in the Identity Management market, Courion is seeking a SaaS Systems Administrator to participate in the operation of our cloud applications. This individual will be part of a team that is creating, configuring, operating and maintaining the software required to deliver Courion's Access Risk Management Suite from the cloud. This engineer will work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, flexible environment with responsibilities across the full range of software administration activities required to deliver industry-leading enterprise software to market.
Responsibilities:

Install, configure, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, resolve and maintain software required to operate Courion?s cloud environment including but not limited to:
Security (Anti-virus, Anti-malware, File permissions)
Windows Server 2008 / 2008 R2 (including IIS 7)
Active Directory Services (including Group Policies)
DNS
VMWare VSphere
Participate in securing computer systems using industry standard patch management and vulnerability detection strategies for Windows operating systems
Coordinates with Database and Infrastructure Admins to do disaster recovery testing on the documented periodic basis
Maintains and implements VM templates
Builds scripts and VM templates to expedite VM and software deployments
Follow up on new/existing ticket assignments
Helps implement new customer deployments (VMs, Software and Database configuration)
Plan and test disaster recovery scenarios
Monitors and administers backup solution for VMs and Databases
Install and maintain 3rd party SSL Certificates on IIS 7 web servers and web load balancers
Member of rotating 24/7 on-call support team

Qualifications:

Required experience:
Bachelor?s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or equivalent experience
Active Directory management using Windows Server 2008 / 2008 R2
Experience supporting a SaaS environment highly desirable
One or more of the following:
VMWare VSphere install, configuration, operation and maintenance
GPO, PowerShell, JavsScript and VBScript experience
Deploying and managing web services & .NET applications via IIS 7
Experience with common TCP/IP protocols and applications such as SMTP, ICMP, DNS, HTTP/S, Telnet, FTPS and SSH
Experience with basic network troubleshooting
Experience with SAN infrastructure a plus
Must be willing to be a member of rotating 24/7 on-call support team
