Sales Account Executive Synapsify
Synapsify, an award winning text analytics and search company, is looking for a high-energy, goal- oriented Sales Account
Executive. As a member of the Synapsify Sales Team you will identify new customers and close new license agreements for Synapsify's new web-based analytical product.
The ideal candidate will manage inbound lead activity, identify and contact outbound prospects, qualify all prospects, develop and close opportunities in new prospective accounts for a well defined target audience.
You are a passionate "hunter" and sales leader experienced selling SaaS to end users, managers and executives. Creative, energetic and a self-starter, you understand and love the sales process, how to qualify and close on the phone and online, drive deals forward and compress decision cycles. You also love understanding a product in depth and then communicating that product to the marketplace.
More importantly, you want to make a "dent in the universe" and grow as an individual and professional.
We're looking for a proven track record of sales. Our commission plan offers accelerators above 100% quota achievement and an above market equity package.

The key for us is finding a Sales Account Executive who--
--Loves and lives the process of sales.
--Understands B2B SaaS selling backwards and forwards and is a "closer."
--Has excellent interpersonal and communication (oral & written) skills.
--Desires to play an integral part of creating and shaping a company's sales culture and team.
--Is able to use Salesforce.com for lead management and sales forecasting.
--Thrives in fast pace start-up environment.
--Has a solid background in technology or an excellent technology understanding.
--Has passion for the application software space.
--Can conduct out-bound calls on a daily basis in order to prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts
--Can conduct thorough follow-up on leads/lists generated by marketing and channel programs.
--Can achieve or exceed all monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
--Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience;
--Familiar with SaaS-based offerings and business models;
--Semi-technical aptitude, able to clearly demonstrate product features, value and benefits propositions;
--The highest level of integrity and passion;
--Sales training a plus; and
--Experience selling analytical software a plus.
