THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED As a Sales Account Executive, you will:
Develop, manage, and cultivate relationships with high level contacts and decisionmakers within our existing customer base to retain and expand product sales into new areas of our clients? businesses
Conduct engaging and compelling product demos for economic buyers and ensuring complete understanding of our product / technology / services
Act as a trusted advisor for prospective clients as they move through the sales funnel and develop strategies that will produce real ROI through social business
Serve as the primary company contact for new and existing clients to ensure their expectations are consistently exceeded and challenges are addressed
Address customer requests with speed, care, and professionalism
Act as a liaison between internal company departments such as marketing, sales, product development and finance in order to comprehensively represent the needs of the client(s)
Bachelor?s degree and 4+ years sales / account management experience
Experience selling or working with B2B software solutions. Experience with Web 2.0 / social networking solutions a plus
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while following through on internal and external items in a timely manner
Energetic and personable with a professional, cando attitude at all times
Organized with a keen attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills; trackrecord and ability to build and maintain trusted, longterm relationships
A creative problem solver and innovative thinker
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ideally, prior experience with an emerging growth company; able to adapt and thrive in a fast-changing environment
Highest discretion when working with confidential information concerning the company, management, and employees
Experience with salesforce.com a plus.
Some travel required.
