The Sales Account Liaison serves as a high level contact for the client and is responsible for overall client satisfaction. The Sales Account Liaison is expected to provide excellent customer service to accounts by understanding the client needs and goals and ensuring the delivery of quality solutions. In addition, the Sales Account Liaison will nurture executive level relationships with clients and manage the positive ongoing relationship ensuring that the executives believe that their team is confident and self-sufficient on the platform. Success in this role will be measured on customer satisfaction, additional professional services sold to accounts, and customer retention.
? Works closely with the sales and support teams in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the client.
? Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue. Create action plans and follow through to closure in a factual, professional, timely and consistent manner.
? Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, managing the escalation process of any problems that may arise.
? Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
? Provides regular two-way communication between the client and Brightree teams, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
? Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
? Reports to the Director of Strategic Accounts, providing regular input on all account activity, including opportunity and call reports on a weekly basis.
? HHC / Hospice experience is mandatory
? Experience with software and value/solution selling
? Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
? Able to use soft skills to manage positive outcomes during customer interactions needed. Must be able to quickly establish credibility with customers
? Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
? Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Extreme flexibility required.
? High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
? Excellent written and oral communication skills
? Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
? Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
? Strong initiative/self-motivated overachiever with a strong desire to succeed. ?Can Do? attitude a must
? Able to travel 40% (U.S.) as needed
? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience
? Former CareAnyware user would be ideal.
? Knowledge of similar HHC software products
