The Account Manager is the primary customer interface that is responsible for the development of business and relationships with customers' senior management as well as the promotion of the sales on the Infor's Client Portfolio or Sales combined with other division of the group.
Ã˜ The Sales Account Manager will act as the primary contact for our Customers in DACH (Germany, German speaking Switzerland and Austria) and lead day to day management and Sales;
Ã˜ He will assist the RVP Sales EMEA in Strategy Development;
Ã˜ Dealing with all aspects of a campaign to promote EAM in DACH;
Ã˜ Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate revenue;
Ã˜ Achieving sales targets;
Ã˜ Leading and training other members of the team or of the Infor Sales Force (other divisions) in order to develop the Cross selling;
Ã˜ Managing the work of account executives;
Ã˜ Leading project management activity in link with the ICS manager (sales & Delivery);
Ã˜ Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account team;
Ã˜ Building a 'territory' in coordination with Partners;
Ã˜ Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives;
Ã˜ Attending client meetings;
Ã˜ maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients and with the existing local distributor;
Ã˜ Completing administrative work, as required.
Ã˜ Bachelor's Degree, Minimum of 5 years experience in Software Industry, preferably with EAM or CMMS solutions;
Ã˜ Extremely organized and Highly motivated;
Ã˜ Experience giving presentations to Executive Customers, Strong Solution Selling Skills;
Ã˜ Excellent verbal, written communication skills;
Ã˜ Good level in English is required;
Ã˜ Domestic Travel is expected, more occasionally, international travel.
