Description:
The ideal candidate will have the proven ability to maintain and grow a procedure based business in an outpatient based treatment setting. Both the physician and office staff will require frequent and meaningful interactions with the Account Manager to achieve account growth and continued customer satisfaction. Ideally, this experience will include a significant product or procedure utilized by aesthetic procedural practices.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of assigned territory responsibilities
- Implement and execute marketing programs and message
- Target aesthetic device sales to qualified aesthetic practices as per company direction
- Achieve sales objectives and customer satisfaction on a consistent basis
- Contribute to achievement of regional and national goals and objectives
- Initial installation of aesthetic device, including physician and staff training
- Provide ongoing technical support and marketing support for the Cool Sculpting Procedure
- Provide a high level of customer service and sales support to achieve customer and patient satisfaction
- Develop strong business relationships with customers and key accounts
- Ability to make appropriate business decisions in the best interest of company objectives
- Manage all aspects of Zeltiq business through a computer-based Customer Relationship Management program
- Develop and execute a business plan at a territory level to drive product acceptance, usage and customer satisfaction
- Complete the required administrative tasks necessary for the position
- Effectively manage company resources in a responsible and efficient manner
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years successful sales experience in the aesthetic, capital equipment or similar b2b model
- College degree
- Strong track record of success in medical device, aesthetic or pharmaceutical sales
- Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Proven ability to provide a high level of customer service and support to achieve practice integration of the CoolSculpting Procedure and ensuring a high level of customer/patient satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Polished presentation skills and public speaking ability
- Positive attitude and passion for working within the aesthetic field
- Strong sense of urgency to achieve goals and objectives
- Practical business acumen
- High level of emotional intelligence and maturity
- Willing to travel and work weekends and evenings when required
- Demonstrative compliance with necessary administrative functions of the position
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including the creating of PowerPoint presentations, excel spreadsheets, and word documents.
