Responsibilities:
Manage, protect and grow share of wallet within named accounts within a specific Zipcar market.
Meet FY revenue targets, profitably, through strategic sales.
Analyze, develop and execute sales plan to protect and grow revenue from named existing accounts.
Partner and leverage local marketing teams to support account growth
Strategize sales approach for accounts that are declining in revenue to retain and promote back to expectation and desirable revenue goals
Conduct quarterly business reviews to evaluate demands and usage of account; determine types potential new business sales strategies to enhance and grow account revenue and member-base
Conduct weekly update meetings with local market management
Develop and maintain relationships with key account admins and decision makers; ask for their feedback and provide feedback to the local marketing team for purpose of enhancing the quality of service and member growth
Prepare and make report on inter-market analysis, competitor analysis and market trends
Reinforce, educate and sell value of Zipcar to key decision makers and Administrators
Quarterly travel to local market
Proven ability to manage and grow multiple existing accounts with outstanding results.
Proven matrix management experience in a successful B2B space
Proven success in managing accounts remotely
Partner with external, local field management on strategic plan execution
Qualifications:
1-2 years of strategic sales Account Management experience
3-5 years of Sales experience
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Able to analyze data and develop insights with action plan
Able to present, communicate and sell effectively to senior level executives
Strong, self-directed, research and persuasion skills
Excellent probing and listening skills, to uncover the account needs and growth potential
Outstanding organizational, prioritizing and time management skills
Good communication skills ? both verbal and written
Assertive and self-driven(e.g. good at establishing the decision maker and qualifying)
Tenacious and results oriented
Passionate about our business model and product / service
Solid understanding of marketing concepts including, customer lifecycle, lead nurturing, and marketing automation systems
Experience working with a CRM tool
