This position manages the administration of sales orders with emphasis on delivery and installation, providing sales support and customer service to company?s customers. Direct employees engaged in receiving calls and inquiries, investigating, evaluating, and processing sales orders. Supplying price quotations, product information and settling complaints. This position manages sales administrative staff and activities.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the processing of sales orders, scheduling of installation, coordination of shipment of product, invoicing, and ensure customer deliverables are met.
Serve as liaison and problem-solver between sales managers, sales representatives, technical services, and installers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manages the sales support for customers and sales representatives to process orders and for general inquiries.
Analyze reports of findings and recommend response to complaints, considering nature and complexity of complaints, requirements, and actions of subordinates to ensure appropriate corrections.
Manage sales coordinators and assigned temporary staff.
Maintain SalesForce.com.
Communicate with customers, sales representatives, sales managers and vendors.
Manages retention of data and preparation of documents for use during governmental or bid related customer inquiries.
Develop standard operating procedures and policies for team.
Review and submit reports that provide critical data to drive ongoing sales and operational performance improvement.
Ensures accurate and detailed invoices are submitted to customers for sales orders.
Ensure team develops recurring reports and distributes information to key internal decision makers
Provides complex and detailed reports to finance team. Identify, develop, and recommend new reports to address new needs and emerging trends
Manage maintenance of customer transactions to support data reporting and scheduling of installations with Clinical Application Specialists.
Interact with supervisor as needed to ensure independent responsibilities are carried out in support of management goals and objectives.
Performs general managerial functions including staffing, training, developing, motivating, advising, coaching, counseling, and evaluating performance of subordinates.
Attends major tradeshows and provides sales incentive reports during tradeshows.
Additional duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
AA, BA or BS degree. Minimum five or more years related experience.
Experience supervising employees in Order Entry and Business Operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and computer literacy.
Must be a self-starter, have strong interpersonal skills, and be flexible in a dynamic team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent computer skills with MS Office, Oracle and SalesForce.com
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
