Job Summary:
The Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the activities of the sales team. These duties include complex administrative duties that require strong research, analytic and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Prepare client PowerPoint presentations as directed by the sales team
Input, update and maintain client prospect details. documentation/correspondence, business potential and associated information accurately in SalesForce.
Generate pipeline reports detailing sales lead activities/progress, potential and revenue data.
Prepare detailed weekly sales team reports.
Assist in the development of sales and marketing proposals for potential customers, RFIs and handle other client requests as directed by the sales team.
Update and maintain sales support materials.
Coordinate onsite and remote event management for all sales meetings & events.
Maintain up to date awareness of company activities and industry trends.
Provide PA support to Sales Management, schedule travel and expense reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing OR at three to five years business experience in a fast-paced sales environment, telecommunications or technology sales environment preferred.
Good understanding of telecommunications/technology preferred.
Excellent organizational, time management and follow up skills.
Strong written communication and verbal skills.
Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft products Excel, Word, Outlook and MS Projects.
Experience with SalesForce.com or equivalent tools important.
Customer service and quality focused, team oriented.
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
A high level of work independence.
