Summary Statement
The primary responsibility of the Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be to support all aspects of our sales administration, marketing and education efforts. This candidate will assist in developing and executing company marketing and sales initiatives, including, but not limited to report creation, data analysis, print and web projects and internal and external communications. The candidate will be a demonstrated team player with the ability to function in a fast-paced, changing environment, while still effectively managing multiple priorities to deadline, with a high attention to detail.
Position Responsibilities
Researches product lines, market trends and competitive products
Assists with development, updating and distribution of marketing collateral related to printed materials, internal portal communications and superDimension?s website
Provides sales and marketing reports to management as requested
Tracks competitive activities and incorporates into appropriate reports
Assists in cross-company marketing initiatives and special projects
Identifies opportunities to create efficiencies
Prepares PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings, tradeshows and conferences
Supports sales force through coordination of marketing/sales materials for distribution
Communicates with sales force team in order to fulfill their requests
Manages clinical journal library, including ordering articles and distribution of relevant information to sales and marketing teams
Assists with the management and maintenance of the CRM database (data entry, reports etc.)
Assists with sales compensation reports
Assists with assigned customer communication and mailings
Ensures brand consistency with all marketing strategies
Travel ? less than 10 percent
Two-thirds time focused on Sales Department and one-third focused on Marketing Department
Provides administrative support to Vice President of Sales and Marketing and others in Marketing Department
Qualifications
At least five years experience in a marketing or sales support role
Knowledge of proper business writing and grammar usage
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Photoshop and CRM Database programs
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Effective organizational and administrative skills and detail-oriented, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks
Demonstrated self-starter with ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team environment.
Education
BA/BS degree required
