Sales Application Engineer Serus
Serus Corporation, an industry leader in the emerging category of Intelligent Operations Management software, is looking for highly motivated and talented Sales Application Engineer in its Sunnyvale, CA location.
As a member of the Sales Team you will have 3+ years of proven experience supporting sales initiatives for enterprise software solutions .The Sales Engineer will be responsible for actively driving and managing the demo and technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales teams and product teams as the key technical advisor and product advocate. The Sales Engineer must be able to understand customer technical and business requirements to build demo data sets, demo flows and help articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. Must be able to identify all technical issues of accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through key stages of the sales process.
Key capabilities/responsibilities:
Developing and delivering product demo systems and assist with customer facing demonstrations.
Managing demo systems and coordination of demos across multiple sales opportunities
Answering technical questions and providing guidance on solution options, limitations and timeframes for requests.
Support responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
Conveying customer requirements to Implementation teams
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
Required Technical skills:
Ability to build demo scenarios across a broad spectrum of enterprise WEB B2B applications.
Ability to create and manipulate data sets to align with business/technical customer requirements and product capabilities
Ability to write data generate scripts (excel, python or java, others are fine) and data transformation scripts to build demo data scenarios.
Enthusiastic, client-facing, willing to do what it takes to see through to client success.

B.S. in Computer Science or similar background.
