We are currently searching for a Sales Assistant on our Small Group Benefits sales team to support our growing insurance business.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities for this position
include:
Preparing health insurance quotes for sales staff to provide to new and renewing clients
Handling enrollment servicing of accounts which includes the processing of additional covered individuals, terminations of coverage and coverage changes as well as ID card requests
Maintaining files related to group and individual insurance accounts to ensure recordkeeping compliance
Managing renewal and welcome packet correspondence with customers
Communicating with clients during enrollment and renewal processes and regarding issues with their coverage
Successful candidates are technology savvy and possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of urgency and are passionate about meeting customers? needs. They can think on their feet and are natural multi-taskers and problem solvers and really understand the importance of a positive, seamless customer experience. In addition, they are eager to learn and grow.

Requirements:
Candidates should possess an Associate?s Degree or comparable work experience. Advanced knoweldge of MS Excel and MS Office required, familiarity with SalesForce.com a plus. Life and health insurance licenses a plus.
