Job Description:
This is a unique sales opportunity. It is a high activity role that allows for Sales Associates to work warm leads that have been qualified and warmed by a Junior Sales Associate. Our Sales Associates take the process from there and close the deal. This is done through probing to understand the overall impact PaySimple can have on the business, introducing the features and benefits of the PaySimple Solution, presenting a product demonstration, negotiating price where appropriate, and discussing how the activation process works.
We'll teach you the basics of financial services, sales, and understanding how we operate. You will be self-motivated and looking to make a positive impact at strong growth company.
Responsibilities:
Enthusiastically and energetically work to guide warm leads through the sales and product demo process
Work with our leads to understand their specific business type and needs in order to properly sell our services
Qualify leads by probing for type of business, length of time in business, and processing volumes
Develop detailed product knowledge to effectively answer questions and communicate benefits to prospects
Master the PaySimple sales training manual and become accountable for all frequently asked questions, special circumstances, and sales protocols
Enter all info on new merchants into Salesforce.com and manage reports from this tool
Master walking merchants through our online application and gathering of required financial documentation
Passionately support PaySimple's commitment to create an outstanding experience for our prospects and customers
Qualifications:
Minimum one year related work experience required Four year college degree required
Sales experience required, cold calling experience is a plus
Demonstrated track record of meeting or beating sales goals
Strong written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of SalesForce.com a plus
Organized, detail-oriented individual capable of meeting short-deadline projects on a daily basis
A team player who performs well independently
Ability to multitask, take direction and execute with precision
Must be a confident, adaptable self-starter who thrives in an empowered, fast-paced environment
