Our Sales Associates are the front end of our sales process. Your job is to perform Initial lead qualification of inbound leads generated from a variety of marketing sources. Your goal? Generate qualified opportunities and face-to-face meetings for our Enterprise, Mid-market and SaaS teams. Collaborate with regional and territory teams for greater account and territory penetration. They all rely on you -- heavily -- so if you're not up to the task -- you need not apply. Using Salesforce.com, the Sales Associate is responsible for an assigned territory to manage all the inbound leads. Requirements include following up in a timely manner with all assigned inbound leads. The goal is to uncover business requirements for their Identity Security project. We use a combination of calls and e-mails over a specific time period to generate Opportunities for the sales teams. We also look for our SA's to be creative. How are YOU going to get someone to call you back, or to answer your e-mail. Come prepared to talk about your creative approaches to your current job.
You must be technology savvy, quick on your feet and motivated to succeed. You must be an excellent writer, articulate communicator and want to go 'above and beyond' to satisfy the customer/prospect. You must be mature and ready to take your career to the next level and beyond.
Experience with SFDC strongly desired. Experience with DiscoverOrg, RainKing or other sales productivity tools preferred.
