The Sales Associate is responsible for establishing Brickfish as The Social Media Solution and driving sales. The successful candidate will have a passion for social media, the ability to sell beyond the numbers and the work ethic to make it happen.Ideally 1-3 years previous sales experience
Passion to work hard and grow within a startup environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
Preferred experience with media buying and planning with solid understanding of online advertising models, social networking and media sites is a must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective time management skills, including demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge and understanding of online advertising models a definite plus
Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and work independently with little supervision
