Managing a team of 12-15 Sales Associates to successful performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual demo goals.
Daily monitoring of teams volume and quality demo metrics.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the Sr. Director
Serving as the voice of your team, working with Sr. Management to identify areas of opportunity or areas that need improvement. Addressing all issues with a solution.
Maintaining a high performing Sales Associate staff through hiring, promoting and top grading.
Serving as the final round interview for all SA hires.
Identifying low performers across your team. Working with Sr. management to diagnose the issue, present a plan for improvement, and top grade if plan is unsuccessful.
Managing top performers to remain engaged in role. Creating an environment where success is rewarded, and attrition is low.
Working with individual team members to create a career advancement plan that focuses on skill building and performance metrics.
Conduct training and on-boarding for SA Reps.
Create and execute against the on-boarding curriculum.
Work with Sr. management to identify opportunities for continued education.
Coaching, motivating and mentoring SA team.
Conducting weekly team meetings to communicate goals, give recognition, and discuss department initiatives.
Communicate Sales and SA department strategy downward, ensuring Sales Associates understand their impact at an organizational level.
Conduct weekly 1:1s to coach and mentor individual Reps. Focus is on process management, communication skills, product knowledge, and metrics management (both quantity and quality of demos).
Daily management of performance against team demo goals.
Understanding and communicating any current SA incentives. Using these tools to build moral and encourage goal achievement.
Daily Rep Management.
Serving as a resource for questions and concerns from all Reps.
Serving as a guide for staff by setting the standard for professionalism and work ethic.
2+ years of sales experience.
Desire to manage a team.
