Our Membership Services are the number one source of insight, advice, and education for Chief Learning Officers and Human Resource Directors globally.
Through heavy outbound calling and targeted lead generation campaigns, the Inside Sales Associate?s primary goal is to welcome new institutions to our global membership. You will be assigned a revenue goal along with a monthly quota of necessary interactions in order to hit that goal. The day will consist of several hours of outbound calling and equivalent time to interact with and close new members.
Typical day-to-day activities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Conducting phone-based sales calls with senior executives at mid-sized companies to articulate our business model and value proposition,
Developing and qualifying leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns,
Gathering business intelligence on companies, leads and each qualified prospect to support the scheduling of sales calls and drive revenue generation
Participating in sales training to improve sales acumen
Completing win-loss analysis to diagnose deal potential and skill gaps
Growth into highly compensated Enterprise Business Development Executive (field sales organization)
You must have 2-5 years proven experience with inside sales, built upon a college degree (B.S. or B.A.) in marketing, business or related field. Those who have worked in a creative growth environment in e-learning, software, or online higher education bring an additional strength we desire.

Our headquarters are in Harrisburg, PA, and we have employees in Philadelphia, Baltimore, San Francisco, London, etc. Our customers are all over the globe. This position is being filled in Philadelphia, PA and in San Francisco, CA.
