Position Title: Sales Associate (SLO)DEPARTMENT NAME: SalesREPORTS TO: Sales Associate Manager POSITION SUMMARY: Generates outbound leads via cold calling. Responsible for seeking out new opportunities via web, phone book, and lead generating tools provided by the company. Create awareness of the MINDBODY product, increase interest level and above all get them to agree to a demonstration of the software provided by a Sales Representative.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week and a maximum of 25 hours per week. Minimum requirement of 4 days per week worked. A minimum of 3 hours for each shift and a maximum of 5hours for each shift. Great phone demeanor and professionalism. Ability to communicate clearly, listen thoroughly and respond quickly. Must be familiar with the Internet and somewhat technology savvy. Other qualifications include:
Possesses a strong attention to detail
High School Degree
Organized and punctual
Able to think quickly on their feet and respond to prospect rebuttals
Great computer skills and written skills
Ability to function under pressure
Works well within a highly competitive environment
Ability to achieve and maintain individual goals
Exercises great team work and enthusiasm
Executes excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to take on special projects and reporting on a regular basis
Ability to work within the appropriate level of independence
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a representative list of the general duties the position may be asked to perform and is not intended to be all-inclusive.
New outbound lead generation
Produce 30-50 calls per day
Generate 5 new contacts per day equaling 25 new contacts per week
Follow up with prospects in the system that may have fallen off of the radar
Produce 15 scheduled demos per month by the 3rd month of employment
Update client profiles in Salesforce and MINDBODY to keep data clean
Abides by their schedule. (On-time)
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard.
Able to sit at a desk for extended periods of time and read a computer monitor.
Able to read and comprehend reason and analyze.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
