Flat World Knowledge is looking for a Sales Associate to provide fanatical service to our faculty members (professors that adopt and re-adopt our courses). The work will include managing outbound communication with faculty members to assist in their efforts to personalize, adopt or re-adopt our digital content as well as inquiries such as web experience issues, general how to questions and providing information about our technology platform and content.
Assist in driving faculty and professor adoption & re-adoption campaigns.
Delight our existing VIP faculty customers by following up on their experience on a regular basis.
Process professor or instructor desk copy requests, adoptions, and handle instructor registrations
Follow through on order fulfillment status and customer technical issues
Coordinate book store orders with completed faculty adoptions
Report weekly on transaction volume, quality and types
Organize and develop processes to efficiently support professors and instructors
?Own? and keep professor & faculty specific support materials, knowledge base articles and publically accessed documents relevant and helpful
Resolve professionally and efficiently all incoming customer service email, chat and phone contacts from faculty primarily but also be able to support related bookstores and student interactions.
