Sales Associate New Brand Analytics

Reports to: Manager of Sales, Mid Market Accounts
Job Summary:
This role is focused on prospecting target accounts and generating new business opportunities primarily in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality and Retail verticals. The Sales Associate is responsible for identifying new business targets and following up on all inbound and marketing generated inquiries. He/she serves as the first point of contact and provides product information to prospective customers, qualifies them and converts qualified leads into opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Focus on lead identification and qualification based on established criteria of Fit, Budget, Authority, Need and Time, and gather critical sales intelligence
Meet a quota of qualified sales opportunities
Proactively prospect into target accounts, working with Sales Managers to establish a penetration strategy
Drive traffic to scheduled webinar and online demonstrations
Assist our marketing team with campaign strategies
Provide feedback for product enhancements
Make 30-50 contacts per/day, with strategic preparation, and consistently meet quota
Log all activities & findings into Salesforce.com
Effectively articulate the newBrandAnalytics value proposition primarily through phone and email
Manage leads and schedule qualified appointments for Account Executives and Enterprise Sales Directors
Proactively provide focused feedback on every aspect of the business, including sales tools, prospect intelligence, and results from marketing campaigns. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to continuously improve demand generation processes and best practices
The Ideal Candidate has:
1-2 years of experience in a professional environment, preferably technology sales and marketing related
Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred
Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership
Ability to work within a team to achieve goals
Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity
Excel at developing relationships over the phone
Ability to handle consistent outbound call volume with correspondingly high talk time
Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
Competitive, and desire to pursue a career in Sales
Outgoing and personable
