Jive is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced, Sales Automation Technology Manager who will help support the global Sales Organization.

This individual would report to the Director of Sales Operations and will help drive effective, day to day operations for Jive?s global Sales Organization. This person would ideally be a self-starter with 5-7 years of experience in a role such as a Salesforce.com administrator, Sales Force Automation (SFA) Manager, Revenue Systems Manager, Senior Business Analyst, Sales Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, or Sales Operations Manager, who can multitask, learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline and detail-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Provides support and assistance to the Sales Team as a global process owner and administration expert for Jive?s CRM platform.
Effectively manage and own responsibilities with Jive?s CRM platform and Sales Automation Technologies for the Sales function.
Work cross-functionally and cross-departmentally to execute sales strategies and development of key processes.
Assist to ensure compliance with all internal sales processes across the global sales organization.
Assist in resolving booking issues with Operations and Finance
Be the point of contact for technical and process needs in our CRM and other sales automation systems
Maintain sales procedures, processes and CRM database integrity
Assist with pricing requests coordinating with finance.
Ensure open communication through departments and with external parties.
Perform day to day or administrative tasks as needed
Provide best practices guidance and innovative ideas to drive processes that support Jive?s revenue objectives.
Requirements
College degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years work experience (IT, sales support, business analyses, system administration for sales preferred)
Strong attention to detail
Experience with MS Office required and Salesforce.com required
Software or high-tech industry experience preferred
Organized, detail-oriented, self-directed, highly energetic, professional and flexible
Must be a team-player with collaborative yet decisive style
Work to identify and implement tactics to streamline the sales process contributing to projects and initiatives
Responsible for sales operations training for new team members and sales representatives
Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast paced team environment
Excellent written and verbal skills
Sense of humor and a good positive attitude
