The Sales / Business Development role for Tremor Extend (ideally based in San Francisco, Los Angeles or Chicago) is a new role for Tremor Video due to growth! This person will be responsible for leveraging partnerships between existing agency relationships and our new product, Tremor Extend. Individual responsibilities include extensive collaboration with our Sales team as a subject matter expert (SME) for our brand new programmatic, real-time bidding (RTB) product, Tremor Extend. In addition to supporting Tremor Account Executives at operating agencies, this person will call on senior executives at trading desks and demand-side platforms (DSP). Therefore, strategic training and prospecting plans with those team members is crucial for scaling overall revenue.
As an integral part of the Sales team, this person will also be responsible for educating advertisers about the value of Tremor Extend and providing recommendations to best leverage the product and achieve specific client goals and objectives. This key role will increase client revenue as well as provide market feedback for ongoing product enhancements.
Individual must be a self-starter, capable of thriving in a high-growth environment
Previous programmatic sales experience required; technical or analytic sales experience is strongly desired
Successfully train and partner with Sales and Account Manager teams to provide the most informed customer experience for our clients
Develop a highly strategic new territory plan to achieve revenue goals and new client acquisition targets
Well-evolved consultative sales skills, relationship building, both internal and external customer satisfaction management
Strong understanding of internet advertising technologies
Ideally 7-10 years selling consultative online advertising solutions, digital media, online analytics; 2 of which are in the programmatic space
Demonstrated trajectory of success developing direct advertiser relationships and winning new business
Knowledge of, and experience in DSP space, ad serving, RTB, data exchanges or performance advertising, is preferred
Strong C-level / senior marketing and analytics relationships within auto, financial, insurance, entertainment, telecom, travel industries
