In order to reach our goals, we?re looking to hire a Sales Communication Specialist to join our team in Washington, DC.
The Sales Communication Specialist will assist in the implementation of a sales communications program that informs, educates and helps manage change for LivingSocial's North American and International sales teams. The position involves working directly with the sales organization developing sales marketing collateral and producing internal messaging for distribution across LivingSocial's entire sales organization.
Design, develop and produce sales marketing collateral in print and for the web
Design and develop content for LivingSocial's sales intranet
Develop and manage a LivingSocial sales blog
Identify opportunities for training and retraining
Develop the internal voice for the sales support department
Provide weekly/monthly feedback to internal stakeholders on behalf of the sales support team
Assist in the management and implementation of a sales communication calendar
Monitor internal corporate communication channels such as Salesforce Chatter
Bachelor's Degree in Communications or comparable field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with content management systems for websites (ex. Wordpress)
Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
2 to 4 years work experience in a sales organization
Proficiency in HTML a plus
Experience with Google Analytics or similar software/applications a plus
Fluency in Spanish and or French a plus
