Sales Compensation Specialist Acquia

Sales Compensation position at Acquia is responsible to provide modeling, analysis, documentation, and reporting related to sales compensation plans and programs. This position will improve sales compensation effectiveness by performing and communicating detailed and thorough analysis of the sales compensation via our internal databases as well as correlating and measuring sales roles against key Sales KPI behaviors. This position will also provide support to worldwide Sales Operations.
Responsibilities-
Design, calculate, and develop financial models and analysis to evaluate proposed sales compensation plan designs
Regularly provide analysis to assess effectiveness and quality of sales compensation plans and programs to ensure that the compensation objectives are being achieved
Make recommendations to improve sales compensation effectiveness based on an analytical assessment of plan performance
Continuous evaluation of process improvement
EMEA office support (off peak hours may be needed)
Support any ad-hoc analysis or modeling requests
Looking for someone who-
Has the ability to multi-task and remain organized in a high-paced, urgent environment
Operates independently on a day-to-day basis, and is responsive to deadlines
A self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks at once and the ability to work with minimal direction
Experience-
5+ years Microsoft Excel experience (formulas, macros, pivot tables)
Must have 2+ years CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)
Preferred experience in commissions and compensation Analysis
College degree required
Day-to-day:
Development, maintenance, and calculation of MS Excel compensation plans based on multiple levels of Sales roles; Evaluate Salesforce reports on individual and region quota achievement; Work directly for worldwide Sales Ops team and collaborate closely with Director of Finance and G&A team; Assist with Intacct ERP data validation.
