This position locates potential sales leads, distributes sales leads and creates web based job descriptions for the division. Adheres to company mission and values.
Create and post all jobs online through web posting process
Manage and distribute incoming leads to teams received from third party websites.
Assist BI with analysis of lead process and lead conversion to optimize conversion
Assist Bi with analysis of lead sources and their value
Develop marketing campaigns for eBlast to providers/clients on behalf of teams
Enter and track leads for division marketing campaigns.
Research and validate websites and job boards for new opportunities.
Post open positions on company website as necessary
Meets all production goals set by management.
Provide BI support as needed
Accurately manipulate information utilizing a large-scale database system.
Ability to prioritize projects and meet expectations
Professional level written and oral communications skills.
Efficiently manage large amounts of information.
Ability to effectively use Internet and Outlook to communicate with both internal and external customers
Ability to organize, prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in provision of excellent customer service
Effectively communicate and work in an open team environment
Experience & Education:
Minimum of one-year experience in the direct sales of products or services.
College level education or equivalent experience.
Experience in the health care industry.
Experience in the sale of professional services.
Experience in recruitment or staffing a plus..
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
Ability to be persuasive and influential in verbal and written communications..
Manage time effectively and devise and achieve work goals independently.
Ability to integrate individual efforts with team objectives and processes.
