JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is for you!
We are looking for the best of the best! The successful candidates will bring confidence, an aggressive yet tactful personality, credibility and high integrity, coupled with an excellent work ethic. This is a base + unlimited commission structure, Tuesday- Saturday schedule.
POSITION SUMMARY
We do not cold-call. In response to our extensive advertising and marketing, our potential guests call into our call centers. From there, they are scheduled to come in to meet with the Lead Sales Consultant.
The Lead Sales Consultant is responsible for:
Selling the value of our services to our guests when they visit our centers during their consultations
Following up with previous visitors to renew their interest
The ideal candidates will be aggressive, focused and enthusiastic with a track record of integrity and success in sales. He or she will excel in a short sales process and thrive in a high-energy environment.
This role will require a highly motivated sales person with strong closing skills and the ability to overcome objections in a face-to-face sales situation. Proficiency in sales calls to existing leads.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of sales experience (some business to consumer preferred)
Experienced negotiator and strong closer
Proven track record of exceeding annual revenue and profit targets
Extensive and successful commitment to exceeding customer expectations
High volume sales experience
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong phone skills
Must be a self-starter!
