Description:
Ensure that assigned region meets or exceeds its sales and GP budgets. Develop mix of stocking dealer base and special order business across all product lines.
Essential Job Functions: (Responsibilities and major tasks performed)

Ensure that assigned region meets or exceeds its Sales and Gross Profit budgets

Strict adherence to principles of adopted sales process manual
-
Analyze and maintain a deep understanding of the assigned territorys composition-segment mix, target prospects/customers, and pockets of untapped opportunity. Work with Product Managers to effectively targets areas of opportunity
-
Work with Product Managers, Product Specialists to organize and execute market and product blitzes. Responsible for timely feedback and follow through for new opportunities.

Maintain unmatched understanding of the customers operating practices, key influencer priorities and personal objectives and their attitudes toward Wolf and competitor offerings

Collaborate with Regional Manager and Director of Marketing to shape customers business agenda, understanding their boardroom: level issues and proactively tailor solutions for their resolution

Effectively communicate the WOLF value proposition in relation to customers needs
-
Effectively engages and coordinates with Regional Manager/VP Sales at key points in the sales process during which their involvement provides additional leverage
-
Conduct Quarterly Reviews with top customers to review performance/progress and identify opportunities for growth.

Execute on all sales initiatives and pricing strategies for National Accounts in accordance with national programs

Provide precise and timely feedback of market data and conditions

Relentlessly seeks out new opportunities to expand profitable Wolf business in the assigned territory through new account acquisition, account retention, cross-selling and pull-through

Has financial acumen required to construct and convey robust financial arguments that favor Wolfs value propositions

Maintains high attention to detail to ensure all account objectives and needs are met

Exemplifies the highest ethical standards and customer care exemplifying Wolfs core values

Follows all company policies and procedures;

Experience and Education Required: (Required (R) or Desired/Preferred (D)

(R) Ability to understand and develop processes

(R) Read, Speak and Write English

(R) College Degree or equivalent work experience

(R) Proficient with ERP, PC and Microsoft software

(D) Experience in marketing and sale of building materials
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic sales skills, working knowledge of cellular phone, computer, printer, copy machine, fax, and automobile. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and MapPoint.
Working Conditions:
- Extensive travel and vehicle operation required; Climate controlled office environment.
Other Requirements:
- Attend sales and product trainings as necessary.
