NeoSaej operates a daily deal website www.dealaisle.com. We are looking for savvy Sales Consultants to join our team. They are high-energy individuals who get paid as the deals that they deliver are purchased.

Responsibilities

Prospecting, identifying and partnering with top brands and businesses.
Develop and maintain relationships with local merchants.
Communicate the value proposition to merchants and generate compelling offers from qualified prospects.
Analyze and understand economics of deals while negotiating favorable terms.
Maintain a stellar attitude and team atmosphere.
Negotiate and close.

Qualifications

Minimum 4-Year college degree - recent college grads welcome!
0-2 Years experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in sales is desired but not mandatory. Evidence of success with cold calling a major plus.
Self-motivated, goal oriented and organized.
Confident and comfortable negotiator.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well in a high-energy, high-intensity team environment.
