Sales Contract Analyst MicroSeismic

The Sales Contract Analyst is a key role within MicroSeismic, Inc. (MSI). The role is primarily involved in ensuring the MSI sales proposal process is adhered to. This includes, maintaining current price books, administering MSA?s and assisting the Account Managers throughout the sales contract process.

Proposal generation supporting between 5 and 10 account managers
Maintaining the company?s ?Price Book?
Maintaining the proposal templates
Project setup and administration
Contracts administration including Master Service Agreements and Insurance
Administration and oversight of CRM
Maintaining an accurate service delivery date
Synchronizing the bookings with revenue
Providing administration support to the field reps
Assisting with weekly and monthly reporting
Assisting the client request including insurance
Document management
Assist with responding to Client?s RFPs
Special projects
Liaison between Sales and Operations/Analysis/Accounting
Assist with Territory
EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
5 years? experience analyzing contracts
Expert user of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and Adobe
5 years plus experience with CRM
Understanding of databases
Excellent written skills
College degree preferred
E&P industry preferred
