Sales/Contracts Operations Specialist Gnip
Gnip, the world's largest provider of social data, is actively seeking a sales/contracts operations specialist. The Sales Operations Specialist will be a key resource for both the Sales and Finance teams, providing training and guidance on the use of the company's CRM to ensure the integrity and consistency of the data; measuring progress towards monthly/quarterly goals; contracts administration; tracking and monitoring sales budgets and resources; and creating sales tools, presentations, analyses, and documents, as needed. The Sales Operations Specialist will also participate in the design and administration of sales commission plans; individual achievement reporting; contribute to the preparation of the quarterly/annual sales expense budget; work closely with Finance on revenue and bookings forecasts; and carry out special projects as assigned. Success in this role will be primarily measured upon the following:
Comprehensive management/administration of CRM (SalesForce)
Contract review, management and reconciliation
Preparation of reports, spreadsheets and presentations related to company business initiatives
Analysis and support of customer revenue trends
Assist in pricing analysis
Collaborate with business users to design and implement new/improved processes
At least 2 years of software sales (SaaS) operations experience supporting a high energy sales team and executive management with proposals, contracts, and pricing
High comfort level with CRM systems, preference given to those with SalesForce certification/expertise
Legal/Paralegal background highly desirable
Experience with both direct and channel sales model preferred
Education Bachelor's degree in a Business field.
