HowAboutWe Dating is the offline dating site. Members post date ideas, connect, and meet - offline.
HowAboutWe for Couples helps couples have wonderful experiences together. Members choose from our curated collection of one-of-a-kind experiences for two; we take care of all the booking. It?s the must-have membership for the modern couple.
The Date Report provides engaging, entertaining and enlightening content about dating and relationships.
We are currently looking for a smart, energetic Sales Coordinator to work with our partner sales team to manage pre- and post sales activities. This is an exciting and important role in the daily operations of HowAboutWe for Couples and an excellent opportunity to join an exciting and fast growing startup.
Cold call for warm lead generation with top PR firms, restaurant groups, and key accounts
Research and attend meetings with partners to help shape date packages
Support the sales team in direct client communication, negotiation, and coordination post sale
Manage all partner production activities including contract execution, design asset delivery, social media inclusion, and internal and external creative reviews
Work closely with the editorial team on date production deadlines
Act as liaison between customer service and partner in responding to date package related questions from members
Track and update sales tracking and internal systems
Onboard new partners to equip them to provide top notch service to members
Draft compelling proposals and proof of performance recaps
Other duties as assigned
Who We?re Looking For

You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
You are extremely organized and detail-oriented and are comfortable maintaining simultaneous projects.
You do an exceptional job on any and all tasks. You are self-motivated and can manage multiple workflows and prioritize your own time.
0 to 2 years experience in a fast paced, sales environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Significant exposure to internet and e-commerce products
Experience with SalesForce.com or other CRM tool preferred
Familiar with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
