Sales Coordinator - Inside Sales Optovue

This position administers all sale orders through Domestic sales reps and International distributors. Orders are currently processed through Oracle ERP system, Salesforce.com and Excel. This position requires a high degree of coordination between, Sales, Operations, Shipping and Finance.
Responsibilities:
Process approved quotes from Sales Reps and purchase orders from Distributors accurately and timely.
Coordinate demo equipment requests.
Monitor shipments while in transit.
Respond to all customer (internal and external) requests and questions in an expedient and customer focused fashion.
Review all quotes and purchase orders for pricing and terms within guidelines.
Alert management when orders fall outside of guidelines.
Secure all necessary export documentation to facilitate international shipments.
Insure all customer agreements are kept current.
Coordinate any non-warranty repair invoicing.
Maintain customer warranty database.
Maintain software license database.
Facilitate international registration documents when needed.
Develop and publish weekly scheduled shipment report.
Maintain management reporting for sales and finance.
Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in business or related area of study.
2+ years applicable experience in customer service and general administrative duties.
Must have strong writing, presentation, planning, problem solving and organizational, project management and decision-making skills.
Experience with ERP programs (Intuitive, Oracle or equivalent).
Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Working knowledge of manufacturing process.
Some understanding of electro-mechanical devices would be advantageous.
Must have effective communication, interpersonal and team building skills and able to manage multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment.
