Premium Services Lead Coordinator
The Premium Services Lead Coordinator facilitates, distributes and tracks all inbound sales leads, closes and Premium Services inquiries; including but not limited to those generated via phone and email.
Reports to: Premium Services Manager
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
This is a general list; other duties may be assigned as required.
Tracking of inbound sales leads, via email and phone.
Tracking of all account assignments, upgrades, downgrades and renewals.
Coordination and distribution of aforementioned leads and accounts.
Analyzing and reporting on data collection.
Adding to existing reports and creating new ones as needed.
Provide weekly reports of weekly sales activity.
Record and manage internal documentation (meeting notes, updates to policies, etc).
Coordinate cross-departmentally to meet the needs of clients and PAC?s.
Dedication to exceeding the expectations and requirements from our customers by working within Premium Services or with other departments.
Is seen as a team player and is cooperative, can quickly find common ground and solve problems.
The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills:
Ability to work, plan and execute complex projects under minimal supervision, with excellent time management skills, using time effectively and efficiently.
Must be well versed in all things Premium Services and MINDBODY organization, and possesses a strong attention to detail.
Extremely organized ? Uses resources effectively and efficiently; can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal.
Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time.
Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a high stress environment, under substantial pressure.
Ability to learn quickly when facing new problems; relentless and versatile learner that is open to change.
Decision making authority is broad due to the scope of assignments. Changes in policies must be deferred to Direct Manager. No direct management responsibility.
MINDBODY Software Training to learn basic tasks required for Premium Services team.
Begin building and configuring the software for new clients
Education and/or Experience:
High School Degree & Some College Experience. Equivalent work experience can be substituted for college experience.
Entry Level Position
At least 1 year or more of customer service experience.
Ability to communicate with management teams, and operational support teams.
Ability to effectively present information (oral and written) and respond to questions in group and one-on-one consultative settings.
Ability to diffuse even high tension situations effectively.
Proficient with MS office skills; intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge is required. Advanced excel is preferred.
Familiar with Google Drive (i.e. Documents) features.
Typing: 40-60 WPM.
