Sales Coordinator Numira Biosciences
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The successful candidate will be a motivated, self-starting professional with demonstrated history of successful sales operations support. This individual will recognize the distinct opportunities of joining a rapidly growing organization, while understanding the need to adapt and maintain focus within a dynamic environment. This individual will be experienced and highly skilled in working with senior level management, as well as managing confidential matters and exercising varying levels of discretion and judgment. This position requires a proactive, self-starter who possesses exceptional multi-tasking and communication skills, both oral and written. A high level of professionalism, organization, and flexibility are essential.
Key duties include:
Manages and maintains sales database (Salesforce.com) including entering account information, updating the status of sales, and following up with account management team on sales initiatives.
Develops and maintains an industry contact list to generate sales leads by following up on marketing mails and contacts from industry conferences, etc. to meet monthly quotas.
Prepares reports for the sales team and executives including sales pipeline, revenue to target, etc.
Monitors trends and evaluates performance including win/loss ratio, competitor wins, etc.
Works with sales team to create or modify presentations to support the sales process.
Arrange for the production of presentations and supporting materials, such as technical papers or customer references, to help RSMs win business.
Assists in developing proposal and branding materials. Ensures that members of the sales team have sufficient quantities of marketing materials.
Execute email marketing campaigns.
Conducts market and product research including reviewing trade-related materials online, association groups, competitor research, etc.
Provides administrative support to the sales team to improve their productivity and efficiency.
Attends network and promotional events, as needed, to develop and maintain contract with potential clients and professional bodies.
Assists in arranging promotional events such as trade fairs, which are attended by potential clients.
Contact customers and prospective customers to arrange meetings or provide follow-up information.
Act as first point of contact for customer or prospective customer calls, emails, and messages when RSMs are unavailable.
Collaborate with RSMs, Project Managers, and Legal to ensure accuracy and timely processing of all relevant documents (quotes, proposals, change orders, statements of work, etc).
Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute new initiatives.
Act as a liaison between the sales team and various departments.

Proficiency with Salesforce.com
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work proficiently with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to develop relationships both in person and over the phone.

Experience & Education:
Scientific background in biology and/or related sciences is required.
Bachelor?s degree is required. Bachelor of Science is preferred.
Inside sales experience in the life science, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related medical industry preferred.
