This position will take ownership of data analysis and reporting for our CRM Salesforce. As a part of our Sales Operations team, the Data Analyst will perform some configurations within Salesforce.com and prepare specifications for system enhancements and customization. You will have a good understanding of SQL databases and perform queries into our system to help analyze the level of data integrity. The ability to understand business needs and translate those needs into technology solutions is critical.

Assist with managing and enhancing data quality from Salesforce
Increasing Salesforce effectiveness, while producing business reports through it
Ensure Salesforce information is aligned with sales and marketing leadership goals and needs
Participation in business process design and improvement
Networking with external organizations in order to provide feedback on opportunities for innovation
Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Administration
Good time management skills and multi-tasking abilities are required
Must have good knowledge of platform (Windows/Java) API, Web Services, SQL, MS Excel, Salesforce (or similar CRM), marketing automation tools
1 to 2 years equivalent work experience in an IT or technology related field
Direct experience within sales or marketing organization or IT related experience with one or more of the following application components: Customer Master Database, Contact Management/CRM applications, Order Management and Customer Service ERP applications.
