We are looking for a lead generation / inside sales professional who thrives on the 'rush' of sleuthing out new prospect opportunities and delivering on a quota of qualified sales opportunities to your Sales Account Executives. The right person is someone looking to establish themselves in the company, attain their goals and move to the next step. Managing inbound prospect inquiries
Relentless prospecting via phone, email, and mail
Qualifying sales opportunities to be assigned to Sales Account Executives
Developing, orchestrating, and managing a territory plan
Researching and penetrating target clients
Be a complete team player both with internal and external teams
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:
A college degree is required
Minimum 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in sales or technology related field
Experience and comfort in making cold prospecting calls and other new account development activities
Comfortable with reaching and exceeding quotas
Demonstrated commitment, energy, and integrity, with the ability to be self-motivating, and produce high quality work within established deadlines in a dynamic environment
Experience with contact management and sales presentation tools, such as SalesForce.com and WebEx
Solid working knowledge of standard MS Office software
Strong analytical skills and good working knowledge of Excel is preferred
Knowledge and understanding of Social Networking and CRM is desirable
Ability to manage time and activities effectively
Ability to provide insight and methods improving on established processes
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
