Job Description :
Identifies, pursues, and secures new business for The SAVO Group through professional, consultative, proactive sales activities directed at decision-makers and decision influencers to support the vision and mission of the enterprise. Communicates with new clients on an ongoing basis to establish and maintain strong working relationships. This position has a key role in generating leads, opening doors and securing appointments with decision makers, calling on potential new accounts as well as growing existing business. This individual will report to the Sr. Manager of Business Development & Sales Operations, and will be tasked with qualifying leads and gaining an understanding and accessing potential client?s business pains.
Responsible for the identification and analysis of new business opportunities for The SAVO Group
Responsible to meet specific key metrics as follows:
Generate a minimum of 6 business opportunities per month.
Develops and implements plans and strategies for the development of new business opportunities, increasing market share and brand awareness for The SAVO Group.
Communicates the progress toward business development milestones to the enterprise account executive.
Attends meetings and conducts discovery sessions to identify prospect demographics and business pains. Also describe and promote capabilities and determine customer needs.
Collaborates with enterprise account executive in the development and implementation of strategies and plans to gain business opportunities.
Seeks out and researches potential clients and project opportunities through various sources including the utilization of the Internet, print materials, trade journals etc.
Provides input to the management team on new product or service features to be developed to meet current and future customer needs
Demonstrates effective expense control in performance of duties consistent with or exceeding corporate guidelines

Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business, marketing, or sales functions.
One to two years related experience
