Sales Development Representative - Entry Level LiveOps

We are currently seeking several well-rounded individuals with an outgoing personality who is a team player and enjoy working with people to join our Sales Development team. As a Sales Development Representative, based in our Tempe, AZ office, your primary mission will be the following:
Generate new business opportunities to fuel the Enterprise Pipeline
Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
Research and build "cold accounts" (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling)
Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts
Evangelize LiveOps and the home agent, combined with On-Demand contact center technology
Be an expert is discussing the benefits of virtual contact centers vs Brick and Mortar
Strong work ethic, with good communication skills both verbal and written.
Self-starter, striving to be the best.
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
Ability to work in a fast pace, team environment
Strong customer references
Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
4 year University Degree preferred
