Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales) inLogic, Inc.

Right now we have more leads that we can handle. We need a passionate, driven sales person that can take these deals from start to finish (up to 6 months or more to close).
We work with some of the largest companies, universities, and government agencies to track their fixed assets like laptops, servers, lab equipment, medical equipment, firearms, vehicles, etc. using RFID technology.
Here is what your typical day would look like:
-- Follow-up on inbound leads
-- Contact and qualify leads to schedule demos (goal: about 20+ demos a month)
-- Prospect into large universities, government agencies and other markets to identify and qualify opportunities
-- Follow-up and build relationships with opportunities throughout the sales cycle
-- Keep CRM up-to-date (meticulously)
-- Close deals and earn huge commissions
-- Do all of the above from the comfort of your home office!
This position will provide a base salary with sales quotas and a commission structure.
-- Requires BS/BA in communication, marketing, business or related degree
-- 1-2 years of B2B technology sales experience with track record of achieving sales goals, prospecting, cold-calling, and qualifying opportunities.
-- CRM experience
-- Proficiency with MS Office products
-- Must have clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
-- Must be detail oriented with responsive organization and time management skills
-- Provide a home office environment conducive to productive sales
-- Occasional travel required (a few times a year)
-- Enterprise software sales experience a plus
-- Knowledge of AIDC technologies such as RFID a plus
-- Government and Education sales experience
