Sales Development Representative LiveOps

We are currently recruiting for a high-energy, driven Sales Development Rep with relevant knowledge of technology. Ideal candidates should also possess solid business-to-business sales and account management experience and have a proven track record doing business development and lead qualification for large technology purchase
decision.
Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities to fuel the Enterprise Pipeline
?Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
Research and build "cold accounts" (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling)
Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts
Evangelize LiveOps and the home agent, combined with On-Demand contact center technology
Be an expert is discussing the benefits of virtual contact centers vs Brick and Mortar
Required Skills/Experience:
5-7 years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience.
Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
Previous Sales Methodology training preferred
Enterprise software experience with preference selling on demand technology
Ability to work in a fast pace, team environment
Strong customer references
Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
4 year University Degree required
