Sales Development Representative nlyte Software

We seek sales professionals who have developed the skills and techniques to build activity for high performance sales teams. Our compensation plan reflects our corporate focus which is based on two key criteria: quality of service and quality of new sales opportunities. We provide a base salary, commission, and full benefits package.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities for the field sales organization primarily through outbound calling and qualification of inbound leads.
Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to coordinate prospecting efforts into target accounts. Conduct account profiling, research and penetration of target accounts.
Understand Nlyte Software product strengths, functionality, positioning, and competition and apply that understanding to a prospect's specific business drivers and pain points.
Maintain a technical proficiency with web, internet, Nlyte products, services, and competition demonstrated by: regular attendance at product training, providing information to peers on objections and technical issues, sharing technical updates with the rest of the team; mentoring new and existing employees.
Document and track all activity in Salesforce.com including lead/prospect status, conversations, emails, activity reports, and follow-up tasks.
Consistently meet ambitious, result-oriented performance metrics for outbound calls and monthly quota of qualified sales leads.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Three years successful experience in an outbound sales environment positioning a technology solution.
Sucess with calling on senior managers and executives within large organizations.
Successful high-volume calling experience.
High energy and ability to work in a team selling environment.
Organized -- know how to work independently, set goals and achieve them, self-motivated.
Ability to rapidly perform research on the Internet on key target accounts and contacts.
Solid computer skills including proficiency in Salesforce.com.
BA/BS degree required.
