Sales Development Representative Xignite
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The strategic position of a Sales Development Representative at Xignite has one key goal: Drive Sales and new business for the company. We will lean on you as the ?scratch & sniff? authority regarding which leads move forward in the deal pipeline. As a motivated, take-no-prisoners go-getting who like to interact with others, you get to initiate and respond to leads via tele- and email prospecting with key decision makers at targeted verticals, generate interest in Xignite solutions, and hand-off qualified prospects prospects to our Sales Reps. This is a job for someone that wants to work in sales, learn how to be an effective and successful sales team member, and eventually ?hunt Buffalo their own.? If you have been working in software sales for over five years then this probably is not the job for you, but it still could be if you have five years or more of work experience cumulative. This is a ?bridge? job, meaning you bridge the gap between Marketing & Sales with the opportunity to get a very deep dive into both sides of the pond. Leads come from marketing, and the qualified inbound prospects for Sales come from you. Are you ready for the challenge?
?Conduct detailed calling and email campaigns to decision-makers at targeted verticals that generate interest in Xignite?s solutions and educate leads on the company?s services to facilitate qualification efforts.
?Schedule meetings with prospects for the Sales team using Outlook and Google calendars, respond to inbound telephone, email and web inquiries and create workable leads in Salesforce.com, document conversations and interactions with prospects maintaining accurate sales database records.
?Create order acknowledgements, track sales orders and phone logs, Support Sales Managers for presentations, meetings and kick-offs,
?You MUST live in the San Francisco Bay Area!
?BA or BS Degree
?Minimum 2 years previous experience in the SaaS or cloud services company or a financial services or technology company with customer-facing responsibilities.
?Solid oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
?Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in a hands-on manner.
?Solid experience using Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
?Experience using Salesforce.com.
