The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will generate new business opportunities by identifying, targeting, and prospecting new companies. Some responsibilities include researching target market, prospecting via email marketing or telephone campaigns, and to build business relationship with those prospects. A successful candidate must be comfortable conducting business calls with high-level executives and be able to identify business challenges prospect may have that we can resolve. SDRs must also be self-motivated, goal-driven, technical, and analytical. This position has advancement potentials within sales and marketing with compensation package that includes uncapped commission structure.
Responsibilities:
- Identify target market based on data analytics and research
- Engage, qualify, and build relationship with prospects via phone, email, and in-person
- Orchestrate discussions with senior executives about their business needs
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communications skill
- Prior B2B sales experience preferred
- Ability to leverage online tools such as CRM
- Ability to multi-task and manage time accordingly
