Sales Development Representative (SDR) Ayasdi
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for qualifying all inbound leads and will work closely with designated Account Executives on outbound prospecting. The SDR will act as a key player in delivering opportunity flow into the sales pipeline and be responsible for the generation of targeted opportunities within specific geographies, market segments and/or campaigns. A critical success factor for any SDR is strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders, the ability to become an expert at messaging and positioning of Ayasdi?s technical and service offerings, and a maniacal focus on diligence and process.
Candidates should be enthusiastic and spirited and able to benefit from a team oriented sales pool environment and driven by overarching business drivers, marketing metrics and revenue.
Manage a high volume of new leads and follow-up in a rapid manner
Ability to contact executives at all levels; including tracking all call/email activity
Ability to work closely with Account Executives on named accounts for outbound
Qualify leads based on qualification criteria; convert leads to Stage 1 opportunities
Highly proficient in Ayasdi top-level messaging, including verticals
Understand a lead?s needs and effectively communicating how Ayasdi will meet them
Ability to position Ayasdi differentiation and our sales engagement model
Document details including use case, timeframes, and next steps
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn and other tools
Dynamic, high energy person with a minimum of 3-5 years of successful telemarketing experience in the enterprise software market. SaaS technology experience a plus.
Demonstrated success of working independently with a proven track record of prospecting
Demonstrated ability to execute a high rate of outbound calls per day
Experience working in an environment that is measured by having secured a high volume of qualified meetings for the field sales force
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage time and resources effectively
Superb communications skills with ability to demonstrate products highlighting benefits/advantages/features.
Self-directed, a quick study and an enthusiastic team player.
Detail and results-oriented that works well under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
4-year college degree required, graduate degree a plus
