Sales Development Manager
? Manage a team of inside sales development representatives that are the first wave of outbound prospecting for new business appointments within the NetProspex sales organization.
? Hire qualified candidates with an eye towards building a strong sales bench with passionate, smart and motivated new hires.
? Engage, coach and refine the persona-based consultative selling sales tactics across a portfolio of NetProspex service offerings.
? Manage the closed-loop analytics of tracking the activity, conversion and trend metrics across the SDR team within a SFDC environment.
? Design, launch and manage creative outbound phone campaigns with script development and target market identification in conjunction with sales and marketing quarterly objectives.
? Enhance the marketing demand waterfall by collaborating on teleprospecting qualified leads (TQL?s) with marketing-led nurture activities.
? You carry a positive outlook, emotionally intelligent with strong interpersonal skills.
? A passion for high-growth, venture-backed sales environment with a lead by example mindset
? Well versed in the best practices of hunting new business as defined by experience reaching quota targets, leading a team towards success and driving organic new business growth.
? Knowledgeable in Social Selling best practice techniques in a B2B environment
? Trained and practiced in the art of consultative, persona-based selling
? Experience in high volume, transactional B2B sales environments
? Passion for the sales lifecycle with an emphasis on sales effectiveness
? Experience with call center systems and Salesforce.com CRM workflows
? Strong organizational skills paired with being a strong communicator
? Experience with B2B data services, marketing automation, email deliverability or SaaS solutions selling into marketing roles a big plus.
