Sales Director Socialware

The Sales Director role reports to the Vice President of Sales and drives executive level interactions with prospective and current customers. We are looking for seasoned sales executives with software sales experience that can leverage their experience and skill sets to effectively sell at an enterprise level, across sales, marketing, distribution, compliance & IT functions with particular emphasis on the financial services market.
Responsibilities
Ability to manage and close enterprise pursuits -- key is building coalition of support across multiple functions (marketing, distribution, compliance, & IT) and across senior leadership
Experience in financial services a plus -- wealth management, broker-dealers, insurance, asset management
Passion for working at an early stage company and driving opportunities where evangelism is required and customer buying processes are in an early state of maturity
Experience in being self-sufficient and running a complex sales cycle
Requirements

Demonstrated track record of success at the enterprise level, across functions. Prefer proven success record within the financial services markets
Nimble sales executive that recognizes the demands of the position evolve as the market, customer base and Company unfold
Previous start-up experience
